What I Learned About Overcoming Binge Eating and Food Addiction

When I first started acknowledging that I had an issue with binge eating, I thought it was due to my own tendencies to be “weak around sweets” or obsessive and controlling with food. As I started overcoming binge eating by understanding how my brain worked, I also began learning about the addictive nature of the foods I was binging on…namely, sugar. In this video, I explain how that insight helped me to overcome my binge eating and sugar addiction.
